Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations
A $30 consultation fee is required when booking your Nano Bead Hair Extension consultation. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the consultation fee being forfeited. A new $30 consultation fee will be required before another consultation can be booked.

Hair Extension Orders & Deposits
Following your consultation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your hair extensions are ordered. Your hair will not be ordered until the deposit has been received.

Because extension hair is ordered specifically for each client based on their individual colour, length, quantity and desired result, the deposit becomes non-refundable once the hair order has been placed.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your installation appointment.

Installation Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your installation appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your hair-order deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, provided sufficient notice is given.
 

No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled installation appointment without notice may be required to pay an additional booking deposit before scheduling another appointment.
 

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and customized nature of hair extensions, installed, worn or opened extension hair cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If you have a concern with your hair or installation, please contact Kim’s Blush Studio as soon as possible so the concern can be assessed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Ontario consumer protection legislation.
